WHAT IS the P-SHOT® (PRIAPUS SHOT)?
The P-Shot®, also known as the priapus shot for men, was developed by Dr. Charles Runels, MD, in response to several common erectile dysfunction issues experienced by men, such as:
- Difficulty becoming aroused
- Decreased ability to orgasm
- Pain during intercourse
- Decreased libido (sex drive)
- Damage from injury to the penis shaft

HOW DOES P-SHOT® (PRIAPUS SHOT) WORK?
The P-Shot works by using the PRP or platelet-rich plasma from your blood. PRP has been used in the medical field for many years in aesthetics and sports medicine, like helping athletes recover from injuries. Platelet-rich plasma or PRP is a part of our blood that contains special cells, including growth factors that help repair and stimulate tissues. Blood is drawn from your arm using a unique tube, placed in a centrifuge that separates the blood cells to obtain the platelet-rich plasma. The penile shaft is numbed, and a series of small PRP injections are strategically placed along the penis shaft and base of the penis. Men report improved sexual satisfaction, better orgasms, increased size, increased hardness, better erections, more confidence.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER THE P-SHOT® (PRIAPUS SHOT) TREATMENT?
The treatment is ordinarily pain-free for most men, but you may notice increased sensitivity for the first few days. Tissue repair and rejuvenation can take several weeks. After the procedure, there is no downtime required.
DOES INSURANCE COVER THE COST OF P-SHOT® (PRIAPUS SHOT)?
Hopefully, one day the P-Shot will be covered by insurance. Unfortunately, not now. Even though P-Shot® helps with clinical symptoms, most insurances still consider this an elective procedure.

If you are not happy with the results of your P-Shot, we will gladly refund your money. Although it is best known as “the shot” for enhancing your penis, it may relieve symptoms of other male genital issues as well.
WHO WILL BE DOING MY P-SHOT?
p-Shots injections are performed by licensed APRNs and RNs who have been trained and certified to perform the p-Shot technique. We do not use “med-techs” or “technicians.”
